People make mistakes. No one is perfect. OK, it's a big company and they should not have done that, but stuff happens. Bare have done this a few times, as have various other companies!

Yup I can tolerate a honest mistake once but to do it and then send a "recall" email with all the email addresses again in the TO list is bad. Its a bit like saying, so we did a !!!! up, lets do it again and see if its fun.

yup it is a breach of data protection and wouldnt make me happy

the recall thing is a feature of lotus notes and possibly outlook, and it just resends to all it was sent its not possible to then bcc that i believe
  • I got an email about submitting my report. I must have hit "reply all" because I never noticed until somebody did the same thing and they had the email i sent tns back, plus there email on top.

That isn't the best bit though, below is the message that was sent to TNS by a shopper
sorry for replying you late i cant complete the online form in which u have to tell the date, time and all its show that the date 30/11/11 is invalid and i have d recite which show the date, time and all please if you can he;p me out what shall i do now
Maybe this is the type of fieldworker they are speaking about when they describe them as "often causing problems" hence why non of us are allowed to phone the office lol

I think TNS need to take a GAP lead and cull a few shoppers. Maybe not random though, just the ones that cannot string a sentence together.

God, I can only imagine the quality of reports
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!

wel i seem to have been missed out on a tns !!!! up email, maybe theyve sacked me off already for my merry christmas email (actually no, theyve sent one since)

regardless that shoppers email is hilariously shocking.:eek::eek: I cant believe that some one would actually send that, even with dyslexia, you have an auto spell checker on all email systems, if you want it.

If that is some one from here, they should hang their head in shame and quit now and I dont care about having humanity for some one trying to earn a living in this instance, its lack of professionalism like that, that makes it difficult to raise job fees with companies for the rest of us.

Looks like Retail Active have paid woop woop
No Matter what you do there will be critics.
  • The only thing we can do is decide if we want to continue working for them or not. I have become a lot more selective of late and am avoiding the late payers until they become more reliable. Catalyst on the other hand I will not be working for, they are one of the slowest payers in the business as far as I am concerned, even withou the delays of late and their payment methods are unfair as they expect the shopper to pick up the PayPal fee whilst trying to sell it as a benefit being paid via PayPal. If your reading catalyst you need to improve!

Ok, so when I am wrong I will hold my hands up. Looks like catalyst worked late last night and made PayPal payments which is great. Well done Catalyst for making me eat my words. I guess cheques will arrive late next week given the Christmas post etc.
RA money also in the bank, which I personally did not expect until the New Year. GR is showing as paid so will hit the bank next week. RE account looks strange though with a minus figure showing for the 10th? .....I think that just leaves Bare now!

If RE shows a minus figure it means the payment has gone -they do something weird at Christmas to send payments early but the figures show as minus on your page until the date it would usually go out.
