Although I'm sure they mentioned a bonus for having the training phone call - maybe I'll send them an email about it and check.

Also just done a load of GFK phone calls - my mind is now filled with broadband information (and I feel happy with who I am currently with!)

Did your validation tell you your postcode must match the cover sheet?

Be warned !!!!!!!!

On the GFK calls there is a section in the coversheet which states Region.

I like many others have a few set as I travel. If the information your using is different to the region on the cover sheet, your call is wrong. THEY MUST MATCH.

E.g. I live in West Yorkshire and my Partner North Yorkshire so have both addresses set. I've rung one of the 'North East' calls using my 'Yorkshire' Information.

Be carefull and check them all.

It was hilarious recently when TNS sent out an email with all the email addresses of recepients ( mystery shoppers ) in the To list rather than BCC. They then sent a "recall" a minute later which again had all the email addresses in the To list.

I've had that THREE times from them. Was not impressed.
