Never seen this questionnaire but as it's ESA.... have you tried scrolling to the right in case there is any box/option to be ticked that you're not seeing. This has happened to me on other ESA reports and can catch you out if you're not looking for it.

If not that, then cant help. sorry.

Says in brief you should have prompted for samples if not automatically offered, sorry

Talking of not getting paid. Secret Shopping Services.

How long do I wait before considering this MSC to be worthy of reporting to the authorities in the US and their UK client.

I completed a job regarding their posh jewellery metal on 3rd September and still not been paid. I did another but that was "only" on the 20th September. So on those two jobs I am owed a fair bit of money. I am having difficulty contacting them. My use of the contact us facility 4 days ago on the completed job board has been ignored and I am having difficulty emailing the accounts, my email client is not sending mail. Has anyone who did work for them around the time frame I did been paid? If anyone has a contact email an they let me know please.

It's a bit of a worry that they are shown on the list of MSC on the front page and although it says slow pay, this is over 12 weeks ago and I am wondering if they are about to go belly up owing people money.

Don't you just hate doing a massive report for RM and then the !!!!ing thing somehow hits the back button when you press enter and you have to start all over again because it does not save. Just happened to me x 3 and I feel like throwing this laptop out of the window!:eek::eek::eek: I've only got aother 14 reports to do by the end of tonight!

I haven't been paid either from two jewellery jobs I did at the beginning of September. No answer to my emails.
It's been showing as Payment Pending for weeks now but no sign of any payment.

I only ever did 1 job for them and it took about 12 weeks to be paid so I never bothered again. In fact I wrote it off in the end in my accounts and then was paid out of the blue. I never got a single response to any of my emails either

Apart from Bare and Catalyst, I also received an email regarding problems with Storecheckers payments! What is going on!

I'm just writing up that report as well now and see what the problem is. I had a non-purchase scenario and therefore should have the N/A option on that question but there isn't any. It even says "mark N/A if no purchase made".

I haven't finished it yet so will see what it does.
