Does anyone here who has done work for retail active know what their payment period is or how long after an assignment they pay you? Do they have a specific date they do their pay run? Anything? Anyone? Please?
Just tried to find this for you and came up with the following:
Did a pharmacy job on 20th April and got paid on 5th May
Did a pharmacy job on 20th September and got paid on 3rd October
I have done other work for them and have been paid really fast but have never actually noted down their pay run dates.

RE do royal burgers in all transport locations, eg airports, train stations, regular ports...did one in a central bus station once upon a time but I can't for the life of me remember which one it was.
Whitelabel, I've quoted that one at RE a few times. Interestingly the queries die completely when I do. Gap are my next port of call on that one...if I ever do another gapburger that is.This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0 -
Hope everyone has had a peaceful, productive and enjoyable weekend. I remember a few people discussing purchasing a tablet partly to help complete reports on the move etc. Im considering buying an asus transformer the price of these are dropping at the mo as there is a new more powerful replacement due in a few weeks. Really just wondering about how useful they actually are for MSing?
Also might be worth checking Best buy as they are having a closing down sale starts in the morning.. bless em only been open for a year or so!Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk

Anyone else sick of garages closing early!! I missed the last visit of my circuit today because, well two reasons really: only one member of staff was working at my second last garage and he was already speaking to a customer when I arrived. So I waited and waited and waited and watched him go for a test drive with aforementioned customer and waited and waited  Waited for over an hour and then my last garage was closed by the time I got there (closed 10 minutes early!!). The deadline was today so I hope they let me do it in the morning - oh the joy of battling through the Monday morning traffic and spending more money on petrol!
Oh, and have you ever encountered a garage that has no cars new or old and won't have any for at least 6 months? Well, it had cars, just not the one I was enquiring about. Quickly thought of an alternative which was so different there's no way you would just say yes please, I'll have that instead. Made it difficult to be credible enough to push for discounts!
Rant over, off to email to see if I can get an extention on today's visit.....0 -
I did a garage where the target vehicle had been discontinued and they had no stock for 6 months. They refused to pay me, even when I explained and that was the last job I did for them.0

Yeah, I feared that may happen so asked about a similar model - it's as similar as an apple is to a pineapple but at least I got a quote. I have no idea how relevant it is but I'll let you know if they send the report back!0

Is it wrong to feel a sense of smug victory when you see a tone pub visits left on RE after the deadline0

I reckon you might be ok, I was doing commercial vehicles so there wasn't an alternative.
Good luck. Fight furiously if they try to reject it...0 -
Did RE posh sandwiches at the weekend and actually quite enjoyed it. I blimmin love their products! The report is a bit ridic but I pedantically wrote 'I did not choose the most favourable option because...' after every question so hope I don't get a query this time! It helped (in a strange way) that they gave me a hot drink in a mug when I'd ordered take-away so I could write about that, reason enough not to describe them as 'Super Team!' ...!0
