Never had a closed shop with GR, but it could depend on how they handle it, for example with Gap closed shops in the past have shown as 'cancelled' and a closed shop fee has been added to another existing job.

Edit:- So basically just because it isn't shown as completed visits I wouldn't say that means it won't be paid.
i get what you mean its like a hidden payment.
but no one wants to make two journeys for the fees we get.!!

Hi. Inbox now emptym pls resend as I lost it when it came through. Sorry!
  • Any of you females on here do a gap burger in north London last friday evening?
I enjoyed the floorshow from afar.
I was sitting on a National Express coach heading to Manchester and we got stuck in traffic right outside a gap burger shop.
Woman sits down in the comfy chairs by the window and checks her receipt (what a giveaway lol).
Cleaner then comes over and actually lifts up her tray of food to wipe the table. Then disappears.
Cleaner 2 then comes over with a mop and bucket and starts mopping around her feet. Then disappears.
Manager type then shows up with a cloth and starts wiping the windows and walls next to her.
Manager type then sits down next to her and starts pointing at her food and chatting to her with a big cheshire cat forced grin.
Haha what fun to watch. So glad for London gridlock or I would've missed that.
I bet they all followed her into the toilet too :rotfl:

Why would they think cleaning around you would gain them extra 'Brownie Points'? I've walked out of a restaurant before now because someone was cleaning right above might head while I was trying to order.

I once did one where the window cleaner was standing on the tables to clean the inside windows! The manager never batted an eye lid and even offered him coffee! I was speechless.

I don't do them but I did ask for a receipt the other day for my tax as I was working...

I did get my table wiped, asked twice if the food was ok, wished goodbye and nearly fell over in the toilet as it was newly washed...

Anyone else had a call from the egg company today? Got a "We have opportunities available please call us on..." message. I'm annoyed as I've repeatedly told them I cant do the 9 to 5 jobs and thats all thats within my area.
This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.
