Wish some of your competitors took that view :rotfl:rather than some who have a 'catch all' tell us everything again that you've already told us in the first umpteen questions.

Could we be talking about the same company here dazza?

  • I rang Bare and the lady said she'll talk to the person who read my report.

I bought earrings so I don't think you're allowed to take them back, even though they are still in the box. And they cost £45 ( would you insure anything that price?) I'm such a noob.

Either I go back to the shop and say I'm really pedantic about keeping receipts or I pray Bare will be ok with the card receipt.

Might just have to be an expensive learning curve :(

You may not want a receipt for home contents insurance cover or similar. However, you may want a receipt because you are posting the item off as a gift (e.g. you could be using Special Delivery), or the item is destined to go overseas (and you need the receipt for customs purposes). Either way, it would be a justification for returning to request a receipt.

Where is the fat reimbursement on React airports? I thought you bought the product, so would only then pick up the single digit fee.

Also we are thinking about an extra comment box at the end of each report but you need to remember each extra word that needs to be edited costs money for us and some people decide to write thier life journey in these general area and we really don't have time for that ;-)

    Max

Yes but sometimes it would take time for one Helion person to contact shopper about something than could have been mentioned in the comment box. It probably takes less than 30 seconds to read comment box Max.

Berb I'm inclined to agree with Max on this one. Although working in the industry might colour my opinion a bit, the trade off of not having to trawl the life story versus ringing respondents / shoppers for information is, to my mind, weighted in favour of seeking the additional data on larger data sets like a wave of mystery shops.
