max, yes he is.

Hes posted on the previous page. I think there is, but it seems to disappear in the uk questionnaire, as other countries have added comments. he is looking in to it

REALLY hope they do a few more jobs like the IMS ones. Those loops were an absolute godsend coming up to Christmas.

Advice needed!

I did a jewellery job for Bare (no fee, reimbursed expenses), I paid for the jewellery by card and received a card receipt. Didn't realise til I left the shop that this was the only receipt they gave me. I uploaded this receipt with my report.

I've just been told that the report is 'incomplete' because I haven't uploaded an itemised receipt. It was a tiny independent jewellers, their name and address is on the top of the receipt and the amount spent on the item. They've asked if I have an itemised receipt to upload it.

What do I do? I can hardly go back three days later and ask for a receipt, surely that will give the game away.

Try phoning Bare, as you are 'new' they might make an exception...

Ring bare and come clean mate. Worst case you can take it back.

could you go back and say you need it for insurance purposes ?

Heres a post unashamedly praising Tern - listen up any other MS companies which read our thread.

Two shops, yesterday, results submitted just past midnight.
Feedback and review completed before 9am this morning.
Email advising payment on its way to me via BACS by midday today.

Have probably identified myself to this MS company but thought you all ought to know how damn good they are and what the 'competition' need to aspire to!
