  • RE have bizarre surveys. They ask you a Yes/No question, you select Yes and then they want you to comment. I've already answered the question! What else is there to say? Tsk.
  • I don't have a smartphone, but does anyone use a dictaphone? If so, are there any recommendations/pointers?
    Many thanks

That job has got to be the biggest MS ****take I've come across. I'd be interested to know if anyone can beat it, can't be many worse! Actually, RA does have some real doozies. (Some alright ones too, mind.) That one, the cheap shop and another clothes shop, I wouldn't even do those if I was passing - or going into the shop anyway for that matter! There is actually a branch of the latter clothes shop in the building I work in, and I really just can't be bothered for the fee...
Couldn't agree more - thought I must have misread it. So depressing that these jobs are even listed; MSing is my only income at the moment, and it just gets harder and harder to make ends meet!

It almost makes me cry when I look again and the jobs are gone - meaning some poor soul's desperate enough to actually take them :( MSing is a great way to boost my income from my part-time jobs (basically it's 'pocket money' and a few free/nearly free meals) but I'd be b*ggered if it was my only income!

I've got this one and it's been great:
    http://www.olympus.co.uk/consumer/2581_vn-960pc.htm

It's a few years old now so there is probably a newer model out there now.

It picks up well in shops apart from over tannoy announcements, so don't speak during those. I sellotaped the mic on a lead onto a safety pin that I clip on the inside of my top, so the mic is almost peeping out, then the wire goes down inside my top into the dictaphone which I keep in my pocket. If you need to take it out of your pocket to stop and start it, it just looks like you are fiddling with a phone.
Here I go again on my own....

Has anyone still got the job notes for the recent wave of RE watery sandwiches? My copy was downloaded on to my now slightly knackered laptop which is waiting for my OH to come home and try to fix it for me.

I've just checked my payment and it looks like I'm not getting all the reimbursement although I did spend more than just the sandwich and I don't think it was mentioned in the notes as being 'at own' expense given the scenario.

Can't help with the notes, but if they say they will pay - eg - £20 fee and up to £30 reimbursement (oh, we can wish!!!) and you only spend £15, then you'll get a total payment of £20 fee + £15 reimbursement = £35. If you spend £40, you'll get £20 fee + £30 reimbursement = £50. If you spend £100 you'll still get £50.

Can anyone help me out with the questions to accept the latest pub jobs on RE? (fee has been added since this morning by the way)

Most obvious error seems to be the toilet return time, or meal deal, but I think I've tried all combinations and can't seem to get accepted?

    Where am I going wrong?

Thanks in advance for any help.

It might be the loo return, it is 30 mins, not a wee 15!!
