Don't panic you can remember, you are just blocking it out and convincing yourself you have.

Have a quiet think and relax. Close you eyes and just go over in your mind what you did starting from getting out your car. Have a dictaphone ready and just say out loud what you are doing and seeing. As you listen back more detail will be recalled. Do this a few times, you'll hopefully recall more stuff each time.

Also if you know the phone the MOS was talking about look it up on the web, often they trot out standard features etc and you may find you recognize some of the info they gave you,

I've owned up to the ms company, I'd hate to get some info wrong and for it to affect the staff member.

Just catching up on yesterdays posts, but completely agree with this. It peeved me off a little bit when i saw that this was the only area I had dropped points on. There isn't anywhere to type any info that could be considered "Added Value". I also find the the form jumps around when I am trying to fill it in and is a bit odd.

Just trying to help.

There was nothing dodgy in what I suggested, it's a common technique used for cognitive recall purposes.

I have done loads Of these with no POS and not had a problem and I generally find the MOS is bloody miserable.

Hahaha... worrying! I never bother washing my car so perhaps putting it through twice might get it a little clean. I might go all out and actually use the vacuum. Or maybe not.

Max picked up on this and said he was going to look if they could change it from this week. He seemed to agree it was unfair.

I thought the report jumping around was just me
