The same goes for ABAI. The shop that sells everything has character limits and I cannot fit all the information in. If the store does not score full marks, I like to explain why and how they could have scored higher. It's just not possible with the limit. I know they say send us an email at the end with extra information, but if you do 3 visits, it gets a bit OTT.

I like the SASSIE systems where they allow you to write as much as you want. I don't like to waffle but if I feel something can be improved I like to give concise notes as to how this can be done.

You know the reason they give for needing comments on tick boxes? I'm not making this up "The clients don't read the tick box responses and need to have everything in the comments"

  • DO ESA offer Eggs every month? I had always avoided them as I thought I would struggle with the scenario but its easier than I thought. I just can't remember how often they upload them.

My love, it's once ever 3/4 months. I am sure someone once said they were now only doing them once a quarter?

You can only do each shop once every 6 months. So if you have done 4 this time, you won't be able to do tose 4 the next time they come up. HTH.

The RM newsagents are very much like the EGGS shops, but not as kerfuffley.

The MSC usually send an email or of course the alerts thread. They have so many stores that there appears to be a monthly upload of jobs.

The eggs are fine once you have done a couple and to be fair to the MSC I mucked up one of my first assignments but realised shortly afterwards so re did one element of it and they were fine about it. I was really troubled by the pharmacy ones but after getting some great advice on here I did my first lot last week at and they were fine as well.

If you've noticed that they are still available after a while in your area hang fire before applying as the fee will rise, especially ones on Saturdays. ;)

Awesome thanks Mimi! I knew I couldn't do the same ones again for 6 months but I only had a few this time to try it out and couldn't remember how often they came up :)

That's interesting, I'm sure I've been getting them more regularly than that or maybe time just flies by when we are enjoying ourselves MSing :rotfl:

I've never seen any RM newsagents! I don't get much work from them but do like them as a MSC.

No sweetie. They block them until 6 or so months have passed. I did 1 last time round and it had a double fee because no one else wanted to do it. The computer said no, so I phoned and asked and they still said no.

The RM visits are really good, I enjoy doing the reports which are not repetitive and are easy to understand. If you are not with RM, sign up unless you live near me, in which case don't. MEGALOLS. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Sorry mimi I meant how often the shops are uploaded not how long you have to wait to be able to do the shop again. You're right about the time limits, got a shop that's been hanging around for weeks that I could do but only did it a couple of months ago.

    Hi All,

I'm feeling a bit annoyed about something, I think one of the MS companies is being a bit unreasonable.

Its not a company I work for very often but I did a job for them back at the start of Oct and had no proofreading queries or anything so thought it was ok. I was then paid for the job 2 weeks later. Unfortunately in the last two days I have had phoncalls and emails from them requesting more info and clarification on some of my answers and I'm actually feeling a little hassled. I can't remember a lot about the visit and shredded my notes after I received payment as I presumed they would ask for clarification on the report before they paid me so I'm getting confused with some of the stuff they're asking me for.

I rarely do jobs for them and it wouldn't be the end of the world if they let me go so I'm tempted to tell them what I think and refuse to answer any more queries on the job.

What do my fellow MSers think? Would you be getting annoyed with this too?

I didn't reply to one of their emails yesterday because I am very busy with stuff going on at home and work and I've just received a rather short email telling me to reply:mad:

I think its time to knock it on the head with React.
