How on earth do you guys manage to do 15+ visits in a day? I've just done 6 visits and 2 phone calls and I'm exhausted. Had to have a pit stop in Starbucks to make use of their free internet earlier while I did the reports for 3 of the visits I'd already done and to make the phone calls, oh and to report on the phone call (one turned into a fiasco as he had to call me back a few times and I was in the middle of another job and couldn't answer.) I'm currently back in Starbucks doing the rest of my reports so that I don't have to carry it all in my head til I get home (think brain might have popped out by then!!). Also have a query from Helion (not surprised, the visit was awful and I struggled to fill the report in) so I'll update that then I'll head home! Really, 15 visits in a day? I bow to your staying power (and memory!!!)

fone call notes say new iphone 4 ??
i took it fone call was 4 not 4 s

About scores. This has been passed to the head of quality control and they will enforce it from Monday.

Great news, thanks veery much Max. Do Helion actaully use the scores at this stage or are they for the future?

I manage to do lots in a day as I invested in a 3G iPad. I do a visit, then do the report. Get back from a full day out and put my feet up. The only exception is if I need to upload a photo, I then need to use the PC which is frustrating as hell

Now there's a reason to buy an iPad! Invest the money and use it to make more money since I can do more jobs :money:

My productivity has gone up since I bought it and my length of day has reduced a lot. Of course its a great bit of kit to play with too

I just got a Blackberry Playbook last week for this reason. When I get back home I can't do any reports until after 8pm as I have the kids around and can't get much done when their in the room! I see it as an investment and am really pleased with it. It does everything I want, is super fast and I can tether it to my phones 3g (as it's a Blackberry) giving me free Internet whenever I want (apart from the underground!).
