I have been to several of the stores within 10 miles of me and have found the Technika Twin DVD players got very excited
only to find that they all scanned at £99
Was planning on getting a car dvd player for my DDs christmas pressie anyway, but can't face having to spend so much when some stores have them on for £24. Has anyone had any luck finding them at the lower price in the North West?

There are about 3 or 4 technika car dvd players in @sterly tesco today scanning at £24.99 or £24. Whatever it is suppose to be. If anyone is local and is looking for them.
Been looking everywhere for these but not luck in my local area. If I could drive I'd be in my car and on my way there now :rotfl:
If anyone manages to find some in the Berkshire/Buckinghamshire area please please please let me know0 -

Went to the Br@knell Homeplus store today, as I was informed by Mr T HO that they had the Acer Aspire 5742 £199 laptops in stock. Managed to convince my parents to give me a lift over, only to be told they've not got any in stock and the only Acer laptops were £349 and £449
I got them to ring HO to find out what had happened and why I had been advised the store had some and the person said there were none in stock and not sure who gave me the information but they were wrong. Luckily for them the SA pointed me in the direction of 2 HP Mini 110-3101ea netbooks that were £79 each, so picked them both up for my two boys for Xmas pressies and walked out a happy customer0 -
