When I asked if by any chance there were any of the bargain laptops out the back, I was told not at the moment, but because Tesco's are updating their range of computers there will soon be some good bargains on their current ex display models with as much as.....wait for it.......10% off!! I honestly don't know how I'm going to sleep for thinking about the hundreds of pounds I'm going to save....NOT!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0

Ive had the guys on them cameras at the front smirk at me on the way out, on one occasion thet asked me what id bought to go get themselves so they must know what were up to lol, at least its easy work for them rather than criminalsThe art of being happy is to be satisfied with what you have0 -

Spot on! In my local store I've been told by two or three friendly staff that they watch me when I go in to see what I buy as they know I always get the bargains. Its the squeeking as I walk that gives me away! :rotfl:0 -
Can someone please tell me whether there is a self scanner in N3w Mald3n in Surrey. I am too embarrassed to ask the staff to scan things for me0

Thanks, I thought I should be entitled to the dtd, the manager was really rude to be honest so was thinking of reporting him anyway.
Do i just contact the cs tel no to get onto head office or is there another e-mail or tel no?
I am hoping to pop out to a few more stores today, so I'll keep my eyes peeled and post any more bargains I find.
Alhough not electrical if any of you fancy some shampoo to go with your new hairdryers etc, I have noticed that if you can find the Pantene Brunette Shampoo (not conditioner) left on the shelves, then this scans at 24p a bottle. I have found it in 3 stores, one not priced, one at 24p and one showing a reduced SEL of 48p.
It's worth looking as they were actually re-stocking the shelves with it in 2 of the stores when I saw it and in fact a very nice sa saw I was a brunette and brought it to my attention.
I wouldn't be complaining to CS about a rude manager and his own dtd rules and lack of manners, I would be emailing: philip.clarke@uk.tesco.com. Straight to the Chief Executive's Office, and you are assured of a courteous reply at least, CS often try to defend store managers (I know from experience).0 -
Anyone know the best method of contact for directing complaints at Tesco? I tried tescocomments dot com as displayed on the receipt, but never heard anything back - and it seemed to suggest your comments were merely forwarded to the store anyway.
Chief Executive's Office: philip.clarke@uk.tesco.com every time!0 -

Strange. Thats the barcode for the newer version of the one that was going cheap recently. SEL £19.97 in my extra and scans at that
The barcode is on a sticker -Just tried to scratch this off & I think the one underneath reads -
3 030053 074984
Funny that as we have the Kenwood 11 & 7 something blenders in our store but all scan at full price yet folk are getting them cheaper :cool:Our Family Motto ~If all else fails - read the instructions...
