Ok own up which New Oscott shoppers forgot to buy the 3 Samsung SC4341 vacuums that were sat on the shelf at £10 each? :)

Also found Tesco own brand value twin baby strollers on the shelf in another store priced up with a white SEL at £1.25 amazed that they were all still there too!!

Thanks for this, it reminded me to get a price check on one i saw awhile back. Couldn't find that specific one but got the guy to check the back for me and he found the same but 2000w (sc4570) showed up as £11 :)

BTW all the Rolson items have been reduced 75% not all the SELs have been updated in b'leys, worth a check

Just back from G*llows Crn, the Ebony Toaster barcode matched but went through at full price.

They had 2 different sized boxes of the George Forman compact 3 person grill, but the barcodes didnt match the one on my list.

Someone has disabled the price checker scanner in the baby department, grrrrrrr, so couldnt check the forman grills.

But I did manage to pick up 2 Lumie Bodyclocks, which went through very very well. I know alot of people on here were looking for them ;) Just have to find new homes for them as hubby said he doesnt want one now !!

These were certainly not out over the past couple of weeks, as I have checked very often lol !!

I tried the 2 pack dvd players etc, but to no avail :( I will just have to wait until the scanner is up and running again so I can check some more prices, as saw some of the bits from the baby reduced list, but honestly do not know if they would still scan at that reduced price or if they have bumped them up again!

I went to Tesco R*neo C*rn*r (Essex) today as a friend was in there early this morning and they were selling ex-display items straight from a metal cage. When I got there they were putting various items in the "Sale/Clearance" shelves ...... well I say they were putting them on the shelves....... as one member of staff was scanning and putting items on the shelves, another 3 members of staff were taking them back off and filling an industrial metal trolley with the items they were, I presume, keeping for themselves!

Then various announcements were made over the tannoy urging people to go to the front of the store to bag a bargain, "half price electricals, kettles, irons, toasters etc", I went to have a look and found that the items being sold off were actually on offer and on the shelves for that price anyway!
If at first you don't succeed ........ ;) Alternative autism therapies should be free!!

Me!! Normally this store is soooo rubbish for any deals too.

Hate going to CS there - they are always awful, one in particular.

The reason its rubbish is because the greedy managers and their cronies take all the good deals! I was told this by staff who were disgusted at what went on regarding the cheap laptops! I'm sure I recall someone on here having a problem too.

Having said that, the line manager who served me was absolutely spot on. Carried my stuff, wouldn't dream of letting me carry them, and then once scanned they were all carried to my car and put in for me.

Thats the trouble with Tesco, its the crap staff that spoil the reputation of those who really do a fantastic job of serving the customers.

Post refers to New Oscott of course.

Winjackie, I saw them doing that with the toys, it was a MAJOR scrum, and it was total chaos, so I jumped in the car and headed off to G*llows C*rner and managed to get the stuff off the shelves without anyone pushing and shoving, I have no idea why they do it like that at that store, but it caused chaos before. So much so, they had to end the toy clearance early, even though they had cages of the stuff left, as the aisles were blocked, and left people standing there for over an hour, hoping they would give up and go home lol !!

Hmmm, I have found the Steam Generator in 2 stores but it scans at 59.95 in both stores. Can anyone give me a link to the right one or a barcode please? Ta

I saw the post about the RH steam generator irons a couple of days ago and went to St+ckt+n extra and found them. Yellow SEL £59~ down from £99~. As the scanners are disabled so took it to be scanned. Came up at £59~. Not now sure whether I missed it being on the system at £15 or was too early for the system reduction. I think it might be the latter as I went in tonight and noticed a big gap on the shelves where they were. SEL still there. Just to put me out of my misery and perhaps give a clue as to getting the timing right did any of the regulars at St+ckt+n extra get them?
    Awaiting a new sig

I've been to seven Extra stores today and not one Lumie clock, not even any SEL's for them. I've been looking for them since they first were advertised. I wonder whether they were just never for sale in the East Midlands :(
