I've been to seven Extra stores today and not one Lumie clock, not even any SEL's for them. I've been looking for them since they first were advertised. I wonder whether they were just never for sale in the East Midlands :(

    Flippin dedication! Lol!!

Boot full of bargains though. I must be crazy but it was a really fun day !! :D

I got in at gone 9.30pm lol. Did the usual meal deal sat in T's car park. Got quite a bit but its nearly all camping stuff.
    I got a George Forman 5 portion for £6.
A gorgeous picnic bag for £3.
    Campingaz accessories.
    Camping chairs.
    Airwick imotion thingies.
    9v batteries scanning at 99p
Nothing big, I think the most expensive thing was £6.
I enjoyed it, its a day out :D

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
Went into the W4rr1ngt0n extra last night and there was a basket near the electrical desk of bits and pieces. Picked up
    stereo computer speakers ---50p
    wireless mouse -- 50p
    headphones -- £1.04
kit for cleaning flatscreen TV screens --- 2.04

Basically the remnants of "old" small items. Guy on the desk said "there's some bargain in there. They all be doing it to get rid of the little items". So keep an eye open

Winjackie, I saw them doing that with the toys, it was a MAJOR scrum, and it was total chaos, so I jumped in the car and headed off to G*llows C*rner and managed to get the stuff off the shelves without anyone pushing and shoving, I have no idea why they do it like that at that store, but it caused chaos before. So much so, they had to end the toy clearance early, even though they had cages of the stuff left, as the aisles were blocked, and left people standing there for over an hour, hoping they would give up and go home lol !!

Is the steam generator the Russell hobbs intellidome one?
  • Hi, anyone had any luck around the L33ds area for laptops?? Thanks in advance!

Picked up 2 1p Russell Hobbs 2400w easyfill irons today :)
Plenty left in P@@l Extra away from the normal electricals at the end of the biscuit aisle :)
I went for the ones with the older style security protected stickers.
Is this what the box looks like?

I managed to get a Dell Inspiron from Br@ml3y branch a couple of weeks ago for £145. It was the last one though.

I gave up on the Lumies been to three extra stores regularly looking for them since they were first mentioned, didn't see much in electrical at all.

The Lumies that I got were with the bedding section for some unknown reason !!

I have looked before in the electrical and beauty sections, and have been down this aisle before and they just "appeared" yesterday, so keep checking as it seems that some stock is still being put out, but just in some very strange places :rotfl:
