thank you chocomonster."it's better than a poke in the eye with a pointy stick" - my dad, regularly throughout my childhood when I complained about something being too small/not perfect/not tasty/not what I wanted. he was right every time.0 -

OH and I use face flannels in the shower ( I know some people argue that they are unhygienic but I just don't feel my face is clean unless I've given it a good scrub with a flannel).
They get used once or twice in the shower, then get used a couple of times to clean the bathroom. Then they go through the hot wash with the towels, and back into the shower as face cloths! This way I don't have to buy bathroom sponges. I know it sounds gross...but they do get washed on hot!0 -
Oh god, I went hot and cold with embarrassment posting that!0

I stock up on Lidl's instant noodles. They are only 18p per pack. Sometimes if I am really hungry I'll have two at once (yes I am a fat cow!) but that means that I can use just one of the sachets containing the flavour. The spare flavour sachet is good for a cup of soup, or for throwing into stew or curry etc.0

My DH pees outside too.
My hubby had peed into a container when he was in the garage one day and then threw the liquid onto the grass in the back garden. There is a nice dark green 'streak' across the grass where the grass is more lush. I will now have to get him to do it more oftenDitch 100 in January Challenge 100/100
