Tesco in Beverley near Hull had loads of Ben 10 echo echo beanies which are normally £5.97 for £2.45 :) I'll hae a happy little boy at cimbo! Also have MEGA BLOCKS Squad lego type boxes in the one in Hull on Bev Rd. They were £1....
The best one though, was bakugan triple packs at £1.30 which were marked down from £9 somthing to £4.99 with a yellow clearance barcode... Manager put them through as confirmed right ones when they wouldn't scan... Needless to say i took 3 packs and left one as my son is bakugan crazy and i despise paying even the £2.49 ones they have on offer at the moment as that's only 1! Which is still cheap...

hi can i just remind people to take items back to where you got them from when you are price checking them as this is the reason why they turn off the scanners. the last couple of days in cu1v3r and w3st3rn av3nu3 cardiff i have found that there has been a load of toys just thrown next to the machine it only takes a few seconds to put them back.
  • I just got moxie dolls for £1 and liv dolls for £1.50. also got a safety gate for £7.00 :)

Just a update, He had phone call from the store informing the staff member has been retrained but they cant tell what kind of training as its confidential.

The complaint was made to a man who he believed was duty manager, but he received phone call from a woman at c/s desk. They didn't offer anything else. He never wants to go to this store again but I will take him there, what I hate most is saying we got you on video ...why....cos he gets your meal deal mon to fri.

What is the main aim of a store? Am I wrong to think it's to sell as much as possible to customers? We keep them in a job and when customers don't shop in certain stores enough, they are closing down as we are seeing in almost every town centre in the UK. So please, Tesco, retrain your staff to not be so rude to customers. If someone is in your store on a daily basis, they may be there for a look or they may be there for their food shopping so should not be made to feel like they are doing something wrong. I'm so shocked that someone should be made to feel so bad. Also that particular sales assistant should be disciplined for telling a customer that he can only buy one electrical item. Who does she think she is? They are definitely doing Tesco an injustice and cutting their sales figures which I'm sure the Directors would not be happy about, especially if this is the practice in many stores throughout the country, although first I've read of being told this.
