My cousin went to fa!lsw*rth tes co man chest3r and asked to get price check on 2 cameras, and a rude sa told him she will only sell him one as he has been coming to the store every week just buying electrical items.

When asked for proof was told they have him on video, lolz last few times he went with me and it was just normal food shopping.

He only asked for price check (no scanners in store).

I have been to many stores and had funny looks but nothing like this when asked for price check.
He travels past this store on daily basis and gets his lunch from there all the time.

He was quite upset tonight, I feel like going to the store and buying multiple electrical items from that sa and see what they do.

I don't think staff should have this kind of attitude just for checking prices.

In M!d(d)Lt*n store the tesco employees bought multiple laptop/netbooks right in front of us, when we asked they had all sold out.

Can anyone advice, I dont think I will buy 2 lots of bread might get told off.

call or write a email to customer services. no you should not be treated like that. i got to tesco most day as well. like to see them talk to me like that !!
  • Picked up tonight in Martlesham Heath T store on shelf at £19.99 scanned at £4.97 :j Probably store specific but might be worth going through the board games if you like a scan and bargain hunt!!
Enjoy the power and beauty of your youth. You will not understand the power and beauty of your youth until they've faded. But trust me, in 20 years, you'll look back at photos of yourself and recall in a way you can't grasp now how much possibility lay before you and how fabulous you really looked. You are not as fat as you imagine.
  • Somebody had posted this the other week, it's a good find. They seem to be that price at all Tesco's, marked up on the shelf at that price in my local.
Boggle flash is on for £6, that's a bargain too!

If you are talking about the scan as you shop scanners, they take all discounts off and show the final price you will pay at the till. I only noticed on the TCO glich, it took both discounts off on the handset just like the till.

what are scan as you shop scanners?!!? Please?

  • Back from Tesco getting my £1 finest mince ;) I had to go through the toy aisle and did a quick scan, I saw a Moxie doll which had a snowman and fake snow in it with a winter theme. Scanned at £2 so went in the basket too.

If you regularly go to Tesco and frequent the toy aisle my best advice is to look for anything unfamiliar, if you haven't seen it before it is worth a quick scan.

A few stores have hand held scanners that you use to scan your shopping and pack in trolley as you go round the store.

You then go to a special till and pay for your shopping there without having to unpack it all.

Pfft....just because it says 'Tesco' it must go in the food / grocery section.

    And yes I have voted.

thanks for this...Ifound the other moxie dolls with the pets, but scanned one of the 'snow' ones last week and it scanned at correct price...will keep trying though and have a look tonight. I've now got a good stash of nice girls toys ready for daughters friends birthdays for the next year! :)

vote here to keep all the grabbits together..not scattered about in different forums!
