anyone had any moon dough construction sets?
if so how much were they?

the reason i'm asking is i found these in my store today and when i scanned the barcode it says please see member of staff so again when i went through the tills there was no price and i asked her to price it with a hend held like they were doing a few weeks back when the sale started but she refused she said she would get a price check and someone supposedly went to get the price and she was going to sell it for me for £15odd and i know original price for this set is £9.99 !!!

Theres 2, the large is 15.97, and the smaller one is 9 pounds odd :D

Many thanks to D1 for this one. :T
  • I got some boxes of Zubber this morning from the B*nbury store. Two different ones a pencil topper maker and a charm maker, both scanned at 60p, no price on shelf. Also some disney princess colouring sets for 50p

Thanks for this. Went to Hartlepool tonight and bought some of each zubber. my niece has been asking for it for ages and also picked a set of each for my friends niece too and a few extra to put away as they are cheaper than buying the refill packs. The were marked up on a white sel at 60p and wouldnt of looked at them had it not of been for you.
  • hi, were there any left in hartlepool? zubber that is? daughter would love it, x
  • Thanks for mentioning the Zubber sets, there were loads of these in my local with no sel scanned at 60p each, they look like good stocking fillers, they retail for £5.99-£10.99 but 60p is much more reasonable. The ocean pals moondough was out on the shelves again scanning for £2 and lots of them, also baby bed rails for 60p. I bought a disney princess popper/flipper thing for 25p as an extra stocking filler too.

I thought I hit the jackpot when I found star wars lego on the shelf, said contact a member of staff on the scanner so took it to the till, they said the couldn't sell it to me as there is no price on the system. I asked if they could find the last price it sold for and they said it was impossible as it's not loaded on the system. I had to give in but not happy. Am I right in sayng they could check the last selling price if they wanted to? Should I make a complaint?

I was there about 9 last night and bought 6. Think there must of been about 8 of each one left on the shelf however there was another lady picking a couple up and putting in her trolley.

This happened me twice with the Limo set and the first time the lady used the hand held scanner and got a price ! The sec time the scanner didn't give a price so they imputted the details at the CS desk and up popped the price ! I knew it should be £1.80 though! Id ring and check its worth a go at least !
I emailed regarding a product that was faulty - not complaining or asking for anything - just wanted to know If i could exchange for the same item -and they are sending me a £15 giftcard as the item is discontinued.
