firstly
yes i am on pepipoo, but there seems to be very little there
secondly
yes, this is a pay and display car park.
still looking for help and still worried0 -
Give them time, there are a lot of posts on there.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

The pay and display aspect makes it more difficult, by you parking there they would be losing revenue, so I would assume are unlikely to give you dispensation to park freely. Specially if you have two vehicles.
You are going to have to be very careful here, although penalties are unenforceable, lost revenue certainly can be claimed. Luckily Euro don't do court so I think they are trying to chase you away with this 7 day notice.
I think it probably is a threat to make you disappear but I would hate to be wrong, as I said previously once they have your car it will be a drawn out maybe costly experience.
Unless you can find some reason why you should be allowed to park there I think you are going to have to find somewhere else to park.
Even the most docile of PPC's will react if you poke them enough!0 -
with regards to the last post, thats my problem, the car park is surrounded by roads that are either double yellowed or the service road for the shops, tried the service road, the result of that was one car vandalized another car hit by delivery van resulting in about £ 700 quids worth of damage,Nixon was right "when you have them by the balls their hearts and minds WILL follow"0

As others have said, have you actually read your tennacy agreement to see if you have a right to park there?
You don't seem to have answered this important question.
If so tell them to go whistle.0 -
The lease says nothing about parking except that "motorcycles, cycles and other such machinery" must no be kept in the house.0
