I placed a second order as it was such a fab price - I thought I'd get one as a spare for birthday parties. I've only had one set of emails cancelling, and still have one payment pending. Fingers crossed.

Just had my order cancelled according to the 'my account' bit on their website....no cancellation email or anything yet though!

That company are a total waste of peoples time. :mad::mad::mad:
From what ive read they do this quite often just a sneaky way of getting email addresses i think.

For a while I was annoyed I'd missed this one. However, after reading that I'm rather glad that I did. Still would have been handy for my pressie hord though.

My order has been cancelled as well, Paypal still says pending though... and several calls to gifted still havent altered this, shocking company to deal with.

I called them on Monday and they told me the order would be honoured, was cancelled the next day - they didnt tell me, i had to log in myself to find out.

Now they are telling me it could take a couple of days to remove the pending status explaining how difficult it is, till i stopped them and told them its very simple and i have done it numerous times before. She then repeated herself, i asked to speak to a manager and was on hold for 5 minutes only to be told that he was busy... i've been promised a call back, i'm not holding my breath.

Cant even lodge a paypal dispute.
