Just remember that the people who put the prices in are only human and we all make mistakes as someone did here. The OP might well have got hers and they honoured the price of just 1 or 2 - but 100's of orders they will not.

OP: If there is - what you think - is an obvious super glitch, order and get your dispatch confirmation first as a company will usually honour the first 1 or 2 orders to keep the customer happy and they will not lose too much money - but a company will not lose thousands of pounds because someone put the price in wrong and they can just send a cancellation email.

If you get one delivered it will be full price.
I ordered a printer for £0.00 one time, a fairly obvious pricing error.
The website then was updated, my delivery was £119.99 and I rejected the delivery when it arrived.
    It'll be in the T+Cs.

Errr no if there's a pricing error it should be cancelled you can't then just say oh it should have been xx price and then go back and charge the customers card for it it might well be in the terms but under those circumstance I cannot see those terms being legally acceptable or acceptable to the banks nor merchant services provider.

It happens quite a lot in all honesty, the card companies have tightened up but not enough. You can leave your card details on a site and someone could have a 'free for all' with them.

Some people just say 'oh well' but you need to complain to the card company if you want to stop it happening, the more people complain the more they will tighten the rules more.
  • Hi i just rang them as i havent recieved an email but it was cancelled in my account and the lady said they are cancelling all orders but would be sending everyone a voucher via email
