It must be the right price as it is the same price at the hut, says 84% off http://www.thehut.com/10353577.html

this link shows 84% off http://www.thehut.com/elysium.search?search=lego+farm

I put this in my basket, the shopping page shows £9.99 but it comes up at £49.99 instead.

I think this is a pricing error myself and you'll get cancellations.

ETA: Ooops, spotted before me, had to go on the school run!! Shopping page also now shows £49.99, someone is going to get a kick up the backside today!!

Dont think they allowed to do that, it would be fraud wouldnt it?

It depends, Tesco for exmaple, charge whatever the shopping comes in at. I take cards and when people pay me it allows me to debit their card with 'up to' that amount but some systems are set up so that the details are entered manually and then they can take whatever because no authorisation has been made and you have given your details to that company to take money (however, this is definately frowned upon by the Visa/MC and you should definately complain as the company can get heavily fined for it.

This is why it is really important to check T&C and make sure you are buying off a legitimate site.

You could always return it for a refund if they charge you £50, if the money is not in the account they'll not get the payment authorised anyway.

It depends on how scrupulous the company is to be honest with you.
  • they just Cancelled my order! look at your account on it.
