Have they taken the money from your account or is it 'pending'? (look on your Paypal transaction) If it is pending you can remove the pend or remove your card temporarily and they cannot take the money from it.
I take paypal too and it looks to the customer like the money has been taken but it hasn't, I 'take' the money when the order is ready to be sent in case there is an issue with stock. I sell a lot of past season stock and if I sell out or the stock I have is damaged in any way then I can just cancel the order and the 'pend' is lifted and the money released. The card company to be sure you can pay for the goods you have ordered.
Hope that makes sense. Check your paypal account and see what the status of the transaction is.0 -
Mine too, fingers crossed as my hubby would love this (think my two little girls will be too young for it yet though) :-)Kellyjane05 wrote: »My order has changed from processing to awaiting stock pick, no cancellation email so far......fingers crossed!0 -

Same happened to me, so I rang and spoke to a very nice lady who assured me that although the cost of the item is now £49.99 they are only instructed to take £9.99 as that was the total of what I ordered and entered card details for so they would never take more regardless of current cost of item. She seemed genuine so I haven't cancelled my order just hoping it goes through at £9.99 and I get the set xpinkladyof66 wrote: »mione went through at 9.99 yet when i log in shows 49.99 so i have cancelled the order myself i never instructed them to take 49.99 if it gets taken i will be livid, i would suggest you check your account online to see what th status says as mine changed from 9.99 to 49.99 within mins.0 -
Errr no if there's a pricing error it should be cancelled you can't then just say oh it should have been xx price and then go back and charge the customers card for it it might well be in the terms but under those circumstance I cannot see those terms being legally acceptable or acceptable to the banks nor merchant services provider.

ours cancelled no email as yet though. If anyone spots something like this, you should wait until its dispatched before posting on here, as soon as they see loads of orders it flags something is wrong and then they cancel. Thanks OP worth the try
