Dailies & regulars pass me by.I tend to do them as they are posted & then when the green ticks are good jump about the pages :-)

The new WOW is helping though.

You go there, sign up, then start to tell it what you'd like it to do. For example:-

I told it I want it to do a task on twitter, told it when someone mentions me or messages me on twitter it has to post it on my facebook.
Same thing, but with messages, and to send me a SMS when I get a DM as they are often wins.

It covers all the social networks and much more, AND for those hourly comps it can remind you to do things the same way...like I just told it to remind me by text of a comp that starts next month lmao.

It's free and dead simple...best idea for compers I've seen yet.

Is there a way to get this to tell you if you have been mentioned on facebook, say if they post winners on their wall? I have set up twitter alert but cant work out the facebook option?

When I read a thread, and no one else has since posted on it, it doesn't go dim (i.e. it's still dark), I've cleared cookies etc. What else should I do?

I'm thinking of doing the same . Was at Legoland all day yesterday for the fireworks so already missed a full day of comping. Kids wanted us to go back again today :eek:

You are in a similar position to me. I posted a similar thing a couple of pages back. I didn't get a reply, but have since discovered for myself that if you click on the WOW symbol (on the forum page, not on the individual competition), with the wow number on it, it opens up a box, which tells you have the rating has been achieved.

I am still trying to figure out what else has changed that I need to know about, if anyone has any suggestions. I have not comped properly since about January.
