I know what you mean know, that is a splitter. Uses f connector, same as you use for a satellite box, get them from maplin £2 for 1 or ebay is cheaper.
So the cable comes from booster to this splitter then splits of too 2 tv's if so, you are also halving the signal. Be better to have booster with 2 separate outputs.

If you want the cable to go from that splitter to TV, then yes the cable is fine but will need f plug to coax adapter, if you dont already have one.

i think i'll just use the connector that is on the coax cable that is being used at the moment and cut the cable, i'm not sure what an "f plug coax adaptor is"SPC 0370
