Can people please remind me what the cut off date is now for vouchers? I only need 14 points to round it up to another pound, wondering if i have time for a quick weekend booze run to get some extra points
I read on PTS or MSE that its the middle of May so you will def have time to fo a quick shop over the weekend

Hi all,
I took the plunge yesterday and opened 3 extra virtual accounts with virtual clubcards. I banked some of the 1000 points for £50 spend codes on them and they were all accepted. However, I have just done my first shop on one of the new virtual accounts which came to £66 with delivery. The code was added, however it had a value next to it of £0.00. Usually when I use these codes it has a value of £0.01 next to it. Does this mean I won't get the points?
Is this a common occurence on multiple virtual accounts?0 -

From reading PTS there is a problem with the 1000 points for £50 code.
You will have to cancel your shop and do another one.
What I did was to make it as easy as possible was -
arranged a new delivery
looked at my favourites from latest shop (will show shop to be cancelled)
add everything into basket and complete checkout.
THEN cancel first shop.
If you cancel shop first you won't have any details of what you were going to buy.
Hope that makes sense.

Thanks bluenose1. I've just done that and tried to use the code but it says:
Sorry, the 'XXFD9H' voucher has been used the maximum number of times.
What should I do?0 -
Use code XXC7D4, you need to spend over £75 to qualify for 1000 points.
It is the XXFD9H code that is not working according to PTS.
If you have not banked XXC7D4 into your other accounts do so.
Hope this works.Money SPENDING Expert0 -
Hi there
Just tried the XXC7D4 code and its says the same thing - order is now £790 -
No it just says:
Sorry, the 'XXC7D4' voucher has been used the maximum number of times.
I'm going to give up in a minute!0 -
No I've not used it before, this is the first time. I opened three virtual accounts yesterday, I had it banked on all three including my main account. I banked both the £50 spend and £75 spend 1000 point codes and they were accepted on all accounts. The account I am using did have the £75 spend code banked but in the box on the right at the checkout where codes are banked it just says [] - 1000 cludcard points (with a 'd' instead of a 'b') and I can't select it to use it. What's happened?0
