    Bump! Please does anyone know?

Sorry, don't know how to stop this happening but wanted to say that the same happens with me, if I change the code from the one they suggest then I lose that one. So, if I have a whole lot banked but it brings up the best one (the one I want to use) last then I lose all of the others!!!

Anyone got any ideas as to how to stop this happening?

Just states the usual possible reasons:

We're sorry but we couldn't use the following coupons/vouchers:
    - 1000 extra Clubcard Points

Common reasons why a coupon/ voucher is rejected are:
    - You needed to spend a certain amount but your final bill was below this.
    - Your basket did not include the specific promotional item(s)
    - It is possible that there may have been a technical problem.
    - It is possible that the voucher may have already been redeemed.

I think that's a bit off.... accepting it when you place the order and only letting you know you can't use it when you'r shopping arrives?

Hi - Please does anyone know...

When you have an expiry date for the coupons does that mean order by that date or deliver by that date?

    Thanks

Did you use the 1000 points on the £75 spend?

I had the same thing just happen, I'm gutted I missed out on the points as I could have used a £15 off voucher otherwise. Is it worth querying it with them or is it best not to draw attention to the codes use?

I called them and said I only used the code as they emailed me it, They said sorry there must be some error, I will add them on for you and they should show on your next statement.

I only done that as this is the 1st time I have used this sort of voucher, I do not have 1000s of points unlike others. So if your a cperson that uses 100s of voucher's online I would not bother calling them
