I only done that as this is the 1st time I have used this sort of voucher, I do not have 1000s of points unlike others. So if your a cperson that uses 100s of voucher's online I would not bother calling them

Thanks, it's the first time I've had an online delivery with Tesco groceries, I might try sending them an email as I guess they'll be shut now

Yeah they are closed they are closed at 8pm, You can send them an email and wait a few days for reply or call the freephone number tomorrow.

I got 8 boxes of dishwasher tablets once and nothing else! My husband was about to accept the order thinking it was one of my many moneysaving schemes.

Very nice driver who was new sorted it out for me. Still pulls my leg about it when he delivers a proper shop!

If I have a virtual account with about 1000 points on will I get a clubcard statement for that one too? Names are the same though.

No i am using it on a £50 spend thanks to a code on here and hotukdeals, dunno if it will work though if you guys are having trouble, have to see when delivered!

I had an order delivered Wednesday and earned 560 points on that, haven't been added to my account yet, seems to have been really slow adding points the last week or so on my account...anyone else noticed this?

Think they have done cut off already?

My ones for Monday only showed up yesterday, thought they were in 2 minds whether to give me them or not!

I was under the impression that as long as your basket was more than £50 prior to offer such as bogof then it would be ok

Yeah i have checked and mine are now in but its normally much quicker.

Can people please remind me what the cut off date is now for vouchers? I only need 14 points to round it up to another pound, wondering if i have time for a quick weekend booze run to get some extra points
