I'm trying to register a new account on tesco.com (i already have one) but it keeps coming up with an error whenever i press the "yes" button to complete the sign-up process
It says "sorry we cant process your registration. we are working on the problem". But it has said this for two days now, i cant believe that they would leave it un-working for this long
Can anyone else sign-up a new account?0 -
I have been trying to order flowers for mothers day for my mum and when i get to the final confirm. its reads unexpected error.

The only reason for that message is that there must already be an account witht he CC number you are putting in. Put in a seperate number (even if on same CC account) or select that you don't have one and it'll assign you a virtual CC number.
Why they don't display that instead of the error message is beyone me....0 -

You need to clear your cache and cookies and that'll get rid of the problem.0 -
I think the Tesco site has been having technical problems for the last few days generally. I have been trying to check my clubcard points balance which I do religiously every day (yes, sad I know) and often several times a day (yes, tragic I know!) and the link hasn't been working for me. i have had to go through the grocery bit and look at My Account details to find the balance. Anyone else had problems? (Would be nice to know I am not the only one who checks their balance as often too.......:o !)0

I have just spent half an hour creating a spreadsheet that automatically works out how many points I have accrued through the week, adds them to points already have, then a little box tells me grand total in deals. I am saving for a holiday abroad next year and have £600 in deals saved since October (just need another £1000!)

i must be sad too- although not as technical as the previous poster! instead of a spreadsheet, injust have a text file on desktop and manually update it daily!0
