Mine usually show in 24-48 hours... same as if you spent in store dont think they update more than once every day....

No I tried but I just can't do it. An error box comes up on my PC which says 'Do you really want to place a Tesco Order without extra points?' When you click 'Yes' it says 'Runtime Error 09010:No Points Numpty' then 'Windows is shutting down'

Did my first shop in store today for ages and was reminded why I usually do it on-line :rolleyes:

Noticed on my receipt though that my tesco points do not tally at all with what it shows on- line..is this normal?

Mine are usually the same, however I have had the odd time when there has been a difference of 1052 that was the amount I was waiting on be added for a online shop 2 days ago. I assumed that I was in the store when the system updated. When I returned home and checked all was well.

Leave it a day and check again

Looking for some advice. I have a couple of clubcard accounts and when I went to check my pionts balance it states that points balance unavailable. Do you think I have been rumbled?

I would check it again in a few hrs and see if it is showing, it could be they are updating the figures and or they have a system problem.

Thanks 4 advice. I have been trying get my balance 4 3 days now. Bit concerned because I recently moved house and phoned clubcard with new address the day before balance disappeared:eek:
