Hi :) couple of things need help with please.

Firstly, tried the code for 1000 pts - £50 spend, but wouldn't work.
Then tried the £75 one (after putting £75 in shopping basket) It worked.

But as was just seeing if did work i just put loads of same thing in. So went back deleted most of it. - that was yesterday.

Today logged on, £52 in basket / checkout - 1000 points still there - should it had gone - is it worth completing checkout with that still there - would i still get them?

Also, as spending just over £50 (if points do work & for future shops) would i get the points still if, the final bill when arrived @ home came to under £50 -from bogof's and if they dont have item in stock.

    Many thanks :)

    Ok here goes

I just checked the 1000 extra points wys £50.00 and it seems to work for me, XX-CVHT is the code I used and have used before, it exp first week in Aug

Re being below £50/£75 after BOGOF I have always been awarded the points, I do hear its up to the store but to be honest I am sure you will get them. I ahve had a shopping at £27.00 and got the extra 1000 points.

    Hope that helps a little

Hey all, just to let ya know i had a delivery today and used the xx-cvht code and its still working got my 1000 points and also only paid £1 for delivery as they *apparantly* tried to deliver it when it was due on Thursday but i was in and the note they put through the door must have been invisible so i asked for my delivery to be refunded and they did, that was 4.99 and Saturday delivery is 5.99 so not bad really!

Ha Ha Ha i have just checked my account and they have added my 1000 points again for the order mentioned above :j....must be because they had to redeliver.....heres hoping they don't notice!

Just after a bit of advice. Used discount code (£13 off) on home delivery. It accepted code at checkout, however noticed after i had my items delivered that they haven't taken the discount off shopping bill. There could be one of two reasons, firstly that i got code off the internet (never had any problems before, but maybe there is a clamp down) or that final bill was 25p under minimum amount needed to spend to use voucher. If this is the case i'm a bit annoyed as they didn't substitue 2 items which would have taken me over the minimum amount needed. Now heres my question, should i complain? How do i explain how i came about discount code in 1st place etc?
November wins...a book, a designer handbag (worth £550 :T) and a game. I am now an addict and thank everyone for taking the time to share and post. :D

Could i just ask a quick question about ordering online.
If I book my delivery time and put something in my basket will it save that time for me or do I have to checkout and pay?
If I do have to checkout can I go back later and amend the order?
    Many Thanks

Click on one of the available delivery slots below. You can book a slot up to three weeks from today. Once you have booked a slot it will be reserved for two hours.

What I do is - Add all my shopping to the basket - Choose a date for delivery - then add my codes etc and then close the page- That way it saves the code (banks) so next time you login in you just need to choose another date and time

    Hope that helps

There could be a few reasons why you have not been given the discount as you say

1- You where below the amount

    2- Its a targetted code

I would not call CS re any codes, I just put it down to experience

Personally I wouldn't give them a call. I prefer to email as you never get the same person twice replying to your query.

If you still have your order confrimation email from Tesco showing the discount then I would forward this to them saying the discount wasn't honoured and you don't understand why. If they email you back asking where you got code etc. then just don't reply. Better than being put on the spot on a phone call IMO.
