Have a look on PTS - there's a lot being said on there about this.

I'd also like to know the above about having 2 cards if anyone can help..

i have a real card in my name and thought it was the same one for when i do online shopping but having looked the numbers on the end of the online card is different..does this mean that i have one virtual and how does this work with getting back the points.

I'm hoping to start saving for a holiday next year.

Was over the moon today as i went in to tesco with vouchers from the baby club and quit smoking pack and gained a free huggies basket and 800+ points from my purchases :j

Do you get 2 seperate clubcard statements if you don't what's happened is a few years ago they sent out new clubcards with the key fobs to all people that had really old clubcards, this has happened to me, my actual plastic card has a different number to my online account but they are both connected to the same account and receive 1 clubcard statement for that account.

Nope. Got order for 32 quid and it won't accept the 5 off 25 code as ''I don't qualify for this promotion'' This is getting tedious. Can't get any of the Extra codes posted here to work.

    Dom
  • Me neither. whats going on?
  • Have just done grocery shop online and used code for £5 off over £50 spend. £5 off appeared online but didn't appear on bill when I received the shopping. Phoned customer services who said I shouldn't have been using the code if I got it from the internet! Man was really snotty so I told him I'd shop elsewhere!! Have been using codes from this site for years - am I just stupid or shouldn't I have been using them if they weren't sent to me direct from Tesco? Anybody enlighten me???

Strictly speaking, no, they should only be used by the person to whom they were sent. It's in the T and Cs somewhere.

Sorry that this is a little OT.

I've just had a wine order delivered, £35.16 with 1000 extra points. That's OK, they've been added.

I've just gone into my account to check that what they've charged me is what I expected, and the order is showing cancelled on Monday!!!

    But I've got it!

My account shows wine at £30.16, no delivery charge, and that the order was cancelled. Very weird.

    Anyone ever had this before??
  • Thanks for the info. At least I'll know in future not to mention the internet and just play dumb!!
