Was over the moon today as i went in to tesco with vouchers from the baby club and quit smoking pack and gained a free huggies basket and 800+ points from my purchases :j

hi, i had same prob couldnt use them at all on ant accounts.....but yesterday got e mail with all 3 codes on and have used the 200 1 so far :T

I Checked my clubcard points balance last week and i had 4200. I checked just a minute ago and the balance in 0.
I have emailed them and asked why??
i chenged my address last week on both accounts and i fear that they have cottoned on that this is my second account and nilled it.
what should i do???

Thankyou... I checked it again and theyre there. It shows as nil on the 'quick points check page' and they show up on the full clubcard points screen...

I used a code last week for £15 off £50 wine ( XX-C6G8 I think). The code was accepted when I placed the order but the confirmation email didn't show the saving and the delivery arrived without the saving.

I rang customer services and the woman started going on about did I have th voucher there and was it sent to me etc. She then said that Tesco were now cancelling codes for some orders and then going ahead with delivery without specifically pointing it out.

I've told her to arrive for the store to pick the wine back up which she is supposedly doing.

Has anyone else had similar problems?

This happened to me - the wine arrived without the discount. I rang and they said they would refund me the £15 but it did take them about a week.

Just had a grocery order delivered - had used a double points voucher from this site....when it arrived I saw it hadn't been applied to the order. Daren't ring CS to enquire why not as near the 10,000 point mark. Wonder if they are starting to clamp down on codes being used that haven't been sent to you?
