I'm trying to find out from others who know the ins and outs before i do..

i have a real clubcard and have just realised that the one i have online is a totally different number to mine..

Can i contact them to join them together, shall i leave them and if so how do i get both points off next year?

I presume they are both my name.

This happens from time to time, my main account is like that.

Have you ever reported your card lost or damaged and been issued with a new one?

If so that will explain why there is a difference

re the XX-CVHT code for 1000 points for £50 groceries. before i check out, could someone please confirm that the points still work even though code is showing as 0.00 instead of 0.01p as usual. many thanks

I used it yesterday and all was well, it shown as 0.00 on mines too

hi yes it will work i have used this code 3 times and it always says 0.00

Just tried XX-CVHT code for 1000 points and it wouldn't let me, saying it had been used the maximum number of times. I have only used it once before.:o

You can only use any code once on each account

Yeah I realised that later. Thanks. I was just hoping as others had been able to use it more than once that I would be able to as well. Ah well.:o
