My balance is still showing & adding up, it will not zero just drop to a balance that you were at, at cut off point. The next points carried over.

I rang the tesco online 0845 shopping number about a £5 off vouher that had not been deducted on the reciept but accepted on the email. I was furious as the man went off 3 times and I was on hold for 25 mins before I just had to hang up. I didnt know how much longer he would be or if he would come back at all. I rang bak straight away and complained so the person rang me back its so unfair having to pay to get refunded for things they have done wrong.
The man had to speak to the store to refund me is that the norm now as they never used to do that? He said that the store would refund me somehow but didnt say how or if they would email. I had a couple of veg items that were out of date that the man on the phone said he could refund and I'd get an email about that but its still not turned up. Is anyone having problems with codes or refunds?
The freeephone number I used to ring with this kind of thing has now been disconnected and the one from saynoto0870 takes you to some other office that don't really deal with refunds and they dont put you through to the 0845 number
Any other numbers to use in future?Thanx

I think it's just generally v. quiet at the moment for grocery codes. Hopefully when the new mailings come out this month with vouchers there will also be some new codes. 1500 points for a £50 spend would be nice, puhlease Mr T.:D0

hi im hoping somebody can help. im going to convert my vouchers to mfi vouchers, im having a new kitchen and want to use my vouchers to buy a range, now i had my first ever flying visit in mfi the other day and the cheapest cooker in store was £1300 but on line i can get one for £750 my question being if i was to phone up and make the order could i still use my vouchers or can they only be used in store, also are they full value eg ive got £500 vouchers so will that be £500 knocked of a cooker. thanks in advane0

They can only be used in store and if you have £500 that is £500 to spend. You can pay in full or in part with vouchers. I have had a bathroom suite, laminate flooring and a dining suite over the last 3 mailings = £1500 and this time I have £700 in deals coming and I will probably get some new bedroom furniture. Shame MFI are leaving deals in April.0

If you can find the identical range cheeper elsewhere they may price match. I got £200 off a bed they were asking nearly £900 for by showing them that argos had it £200 cheeper, they even matched argos's delivery charge and took full payment in vouchers. If their instore price is more than online get them to match it.0 -
spike9 wrote:Can anyone here confirm what would happen if I ordered now for delivery beyond the expiry date of the code ? I assume that I would still get the points but I would like to be sure. Also I am also looking at buying a mattress, the value single one at £59.99 for a child. Anyone know if they are ok ? Many thanks for any help.
As long as you order before the 14th you will still get the points. My matresses are coming Wednesday & they are the value, fingers crossed they are comfy. Even so at least they will be fresh.0
