Thanks hun...the day's been just lovely. Still got this little headache but I've decided to have another harvey wallbanger then I won't care about it!
Hopefully if the weather is good tomorrow OH has asked if I want to go to Keswick again. He's off on hols this week. It's lovely there and I think we'll have another boat trip around Derwentwater. The last time we went I was sure I swallowed a fly and felt icky all the way round!! It could only happen to me. I mean being a vegan it's just not allowed!

Hello y'all...well not doing well with the overdraft. Have transferred some money into it because it's so high. Should go in in about a week, so that'll bring it down a wee bit. Paid a bill for DS for £74 hence it going up.
I'm soooo fed up with it all at the moment. I can't believe I did so well earlier this year getting shut of c.cards and now I'm sabotaging everything!!!
What's the point in ebaying when I'm just spending more from the bank??
Just made it before midnight to get over the £200 mark on ebay. Two sales went through on 'buy it now' so I should be pleased with that amount.
I'm doing it again and hoping for around the same but once again £100 is my benchmark.
My birthday was lovely, we went to Hebden Bridge and then the day after we went to Keswick. Glorious weather too but got a £25 parking ticket. OH usually runs back to add another ticket on but we were having such a lovely time we forgot and were 20 minutes over. Fair enough though, it was our fault. Not booked to go anywhere as I didn't want to leave DD in the house and she didn't want to come so nothing to look forward to
Sorry I sound a bit moany, might get my paints out this summer and try to get back into it. I do like drawing as well so maybe I need to get sketching.
Have great days tomorrow.

Trying to do odd jobs around the house, kitchen cupboards, de-cluttering etc but I'm not very motivated at the moment so just doing little bits here and there.Official DFW Nerd Club Member no:219In the Court Of The Crimson KingI don't believe in the concept of hell, but if I did I would think of it as filled with people who were cruel to animals.Gary Larson0 -
Dont beat yourself up too much Dizzy. I think alot of people including me are struggling right now. How about forgetting getting rid of the overdraft for a while and just maintaining? Also open a seperate account for the ebay stuff that isnt as easy to get to and spend. Well done on the £200 mark.
Good luck with the odd jobs

Now Diz, stop beating yourself up about things. You have done superb this year and you will continue to do so. Why don't you keep the money from your e-bay sales in your paypal account until it reaches £500 and then pay it off the OD. It may take a while but at least it will pay a large chunk off at once and perhaps give you some motivations.
It's really depressing when you feel like this hun isn't it, you feel as if your walking in treacle.
It's not like you to be de-motivated with regards to doing stuff around the house. During the holidays you usually set yourself a little tast or two. Saying that if you don't feel like it then no harm is done.
Hope you have a good day today and keep your chin up hun, your doing fine.
Well done on the July total :T0 -
Thanks guys. Still feeling tired and not motivated but still plodding on. Got an item removed from ebay so had to relist and change the wording!
Selling a bit slow and nothing much on Amazon. May do a car boot if we can get enough things together. Mind you most round here want stuff for 10p. Then again so do I when I'm buying!
Need to get a few early nights in. Want to do a huge de-clutter and just doing small amounts. Sooo tired.
Keep well everyone.

10p an item is about right. I had one side of the car marked as clearance with everything 20p or less then down to 10p. Got rid of a fair bit that way.
Dont wear yourself out Dizzy a few small jobs will soon add up.:j0 -
HI there Diz, I know what you mean with regards to motivation, mine is at an all time low at the moment. I just seem to be existing. I was in bed by 8.45 last night I was so tired I just could not keep my eyes open. I feel as if I need to escape my life for a while!
I only did a car boot sale once and by the time I bough crisps, chocolate and crisps to eat whilst there and paid for the pitch I only made about £2.30. E-Bay just seems to be plodding but I have got lots of items ending today so hopefully will make some money.
Hopefully catch you later x0 -
Just updating again. Ebay picked up a little so pleased about that. Money cleared into bank account so overdraft has come down a little.
Have got some books to list on ebay but will wait till Thursday when it's half price listing.
Have been looking at folding campers again on ebay. I loved ours but it was huge and took up such a lot of space in the garden and then it wasn't getting used as much as it should have been. Have been looking at smaller ones but don't think we'll get another. I can dream though.
Have finally done every cupboard in my kitchen bar one which I'll do tomorrow. Decluttered and cleaned the cupboards inside and out. Was a job and a half but I feel I've accomplished something at least.
Have been going to bed at 4 and 5 in the morning. The kids end up putting on 'Come dine with me' or 'Gordan Ramsays kitchen nightmares' and then we end up watching loads of episodes on 'catch up tv'. No wonder I'm zombified.
Got a good bargain in Asda on Sunday. They had a wooden octagonal table and four folding chairs reduced from £90 to £35. There wasn't the parasol with it so asked if they'd knock anything off it and they took £10 off, so a bargain at £25. Since I got it it's blimming rained!!! Looks nice in the garden though.
Nothing much doing aside from ebaying, watching tv and pottering around.
DD sorting her room out still, but she's got some to ebay and do a carboot with. Hopefully the weather will be fine on Sunday so may do one then. If we can get up that early!!
Been spending a small fortune since I've been off, little bits that keep adding up. Thought I'd have more structure in these holidays but everything just seems so 'scatty'
Okay rambled enough.
Keep well everyone.
