DIALAPHONE- in regards to customer service?
Is it me, or is it impossible to get in touch with this company??
I tried actually over a dozen times, and each time I would end up having to speak into some good for nothing automated system that left alot to be desired whilst I was being charged 0870 rates to have the privilege.
I found the website totally useless as well, with no email address, or contact details in which to get in touch with the company over customer service related matters or any other for that matter.
In the end I went to the FSA register and found the following information that finally led me to a human being who has since helped to try and sort out my matter.
I had a good rant at the CS person at the end of the phone, but it's hardly the monkey's fault when the axe needs to be ground with the flaming organ grinders.
Am I the only one, or are they just as useless with everyone??
I told them on the phone I would be placing a complaint with OF-COM about their poor service, and lack of contact avenues when things went wrong.
Anyway here’s the info I managed to get off the FSA register for the company. and I hope it proves useful for anyone else who is faced with the same dilemma and is unable to speak to them here are the number-

Hi,
thanks for the numbers but I tried all of these unsucessfully several times.
Each time I used these numbers I would be directed to an automated response system, which was unable to recognise speach correctly and had no idea what so ever as to how and deal with my query or would play me the 0870 number or direct me to the useless website.:eek:0 -
Crabby to the rescue......;)Use your judgement, and above all, be honest with yourself.I walk with the world & the world walks with me!I don't make bad choices!!! Other people just fail to see my GENIUS !!!!0

I had the same problem the other day when I wanted to discuss a replacement phone with them.
I went through another avenue and managed to get back to the person who originally contacted me. They are good at their job when you get though to them though.
I agree that their new automated answer service is totally carp.
Though Dialaphone is the only company that hardly if ever appears here under a cloudBehind every great man is a good womanBeside this ordinary man is a great woman£2 savings jar - now at £3.42:rotfl:0 -
They have NO customer service. It's apparently automatic, so if you leave a message they'll get back to you. Doesn't happen. Phoned the sales team, was told that they don't actually have a customer service department and don't provide a telephone number anywhere on the website.
They also don't allow you to PAC your number across to another network, but again they don't tell you that on the website.
Under your t's&C's if you return your phone because you're not happy within 7 days it's up to you to confirm that they have received it by ...wait for it............telephoning customer service........see above.
Don't care if people have got cashback, it's when things go wrong and you need to get a hold of them that you'll find out how good they are.0
