I've had speed cameras flash in similar situations before.

I think the systems can have problems with two cars at particular spacings and flash when there isn't any speeding. The pictures they take are used for prosecution not the fact the camera flashed.

The first time this happened I knew the driver of the other car (who was following me home) and neither of us got an NIP. Since then I have seen it happen several times.

That used to be a nice road to drive on until the council decided to fit cameras all the way to Wakefield. Haven't worked out if it was because the council needed more money or kids from the estate in lepton were getting squished.

I'm going to defo keep well within the limits as i was totally gutted all that night, after it happened. Definitely don't need any fines at the moment as money is not in abundance!

I know of two yellow speed cameras in Huddersfield which are burnt out, and have been for months, so there must be others which are not turned on around the town.
