Apparently not ! I had an e-mail from a company called CCJNOTENFORCEABLE.COM who tell me that for a small fee they can get any CCJ declared null and void.........
I have given them all my bank details and they are working hard on my behalf - so hard, in fact, that they haven't had time to answer any of my e-mails asking them why they took £1,734.94 from my current account !
What should I do now ?0 -

Seems it's important to know if they are "MoJ registered"0 -
Was the County Court Judge wearing a wig at the time the judgement was decided. Apparently if they are not wearing a wig then the CCJ does not stand.*

No it was "default judgment". Apparently if you default on your CC they give you this kind of judgment to avoid any kind justice.0 -

You're right Chatty, spitting on yourself is a well known Section 75 claim, guaranteed to be successful. All we need is the shirt, the trousers, (for forensic tests) a sample of the coffee you were drinking and a 19 page witness statement from Martin Lewis to prove that the poster was actually reading a post when the spitting took place. We would refund the poster with the full cost of the shirt and trousers, and the medical expenses incurred in sewing up their mouth to prevent it happening again. Sorted.
Finished the Gin yet ? I have half a bottle to go, but i'm working on it.:rotfl:0 -
