Free Lego with the Sun (Details now added) EXPIRED

I won't be buying this time. I remember a couple of promotions ago paying for them to mail them out which was more fair.
Last time though I bought the rag for nothing as all the stores were out of the Lego

It is a very incompetently managed promotion that leads to a lot of disappointment.

Thanks for the heads up op. I think this time I'll just collect the vouchers and pay the postage. I live a 30min drive away from a WH Smith/Tesco/Sainsburys so it's not worth the hassle and expense of going back and forth if they don't have them in stock.

Last year I managed to collect most of the items, mainly through finding them for sale (£1 each) in WH Smith at a later date, but I missed out on a few of the ones my children really wanted.

Unfortunately there was no option to get them by post with the last Sun Lego promo. We don't live near either WHS or TRU so couldn't get any. It was great when the Record/Mirror offer was at the co-op as it's just down the road. We've sent off for them previously too, I hope there's that option this time.

We got ours by post last time. The G. Parents (housebound ones) sent for them so there must have been a form or some easier way at the start of the promotion cause they definitely didn't collect them in store. If you look for the suns "contact us" bit they might have a number you can call to request a postal option but the only promos we ever collected in store were the Transformers because they have one of the smaller Sainsbury outlets 2 minutes away from us. They don't have internet so maybe they phoned them up to ask?? Hopefully they will have the option though cause it's hardly fair on people who buy the papers if they can't get to the shops for the gift?

The last SUN offer was on Watch dog so they issued an apology and offered a postal service, to all those who had vouchers. I am hoping they'll do the same this time. I was one of the 'mad' mothers queuing up outside WHSmith every day!
