I got mine today late afternoon so was lucky!

At the opposite till to me the lady asked the assistant to fetch her 16 sun papers - to which the assistant did!!! Now I thought that was making a mockery of the offer and being plain greedy! My SA asked me if I wanted my lego to which I replied 'I will do if she has not had it all and if she has taken it all then I will have one of hers!!!' To top it all she did not even take her papers she told the SA to give them to the staff as she would just recycle them as she only needed 3 papers!!!!

Well now i don't feel so bad getting 1 for each of my 2 sons (i got 1 and then the other half went and got one-i'm not brazen enough to try for multiples). They had 5 unopened boxes of them behind the till at the whsmith is Leicester city at 11.30am yesterday. It seems like they have at least got more realistic stock levels this time. I'll be posting off for the rest though as i live in the sticks.

Managed to pick one up in Smyths Toys in Ballymena at 11:30 yesterday though the assistant did say they had very few left at that point.

Can you get them from Smyth Toys then? I thought it was only whsmith or toys r us.

If anyone missed it, they have Mondays Harry Potter still in WHSmith Ru$hden, N0rthant$ - I missed Monday but when I went Tuesday they still had some and this morning they STILL had some left.

I think you can only collect them at Smyths in Northern Ireland. Otherwise it's WhSmith or Toys R Us.

I collected 3 today (1 each for my 2 kids and 1 for my step daughter) from WhSmiths in Cheshire Oaks (they don't open until 10am so it doesn't clash with the school run). I was the only one interested and the SA had no problem with me politely asking for 3 for each of our kids. She told me that some people had been coming in and buying 10 papers to get them and I explained how they often get sold on Ebay. Wish I'd asked if they had any left over from the other days now, I had to pick which days I was going to collect them because I can't justify the petrol (12 miles round trip) for the 7 days that the promo runs so I didn't bother for the 1st 3 days of it. I'm very happy that they're doing the blue ninjago figure on Fri as both of my little ones have put him on their xmas wish list and it saves me having to buy a set when all they're really interested in is the minifigure.

I went into Smiths today and the chap in front of me got all five sets from the past days. I think it's great that they keep hold of the stock for the people who can not make it on that day.

In WHSmiths on Sat they sold me the paper & never bothered to tear out the voucher. Didn't manage to get out for Sun, Mon or Tues offer but today went to recyle the paper & the spotted voucher, I tore it out & managed to use that one in TRUs so 2 lego for 1 paper.

Do you have to take the voucher to Toys R Us / WH Smith on the same day? Or is it possible to collect the vouchers each day, then go and collect them all later in the week.
