Okay, so my spends so far this week:
coffee with friend Tuesday £2.20
diet coke yesterday £0.70
diet coke today £0.70
birthday card for bf tonight £1
Total so far £4.60
Which leaves £1.40 for tomorrow, as I'm only doing this over the working week. If I have money left over am I supposed to roll it over, or put it in a pot?:A If saving money is wrong, I don't want to be right. William Shatner

Hi everyone
I too am agog (good word use pp!) at the cost of the microwave, although brand name and the fact it's built in go some way to explaining it I guess...
I was thinking about my spends this week, and actually should I be counting my overtime as extra money made?! I mean... it is!!! £27 per night after tax (I worked it out as roughly £9 ph after tax as it's my salaried wage) x4 nights = £108 made that I wouldn't normally have... kinda feels like cheating though... any thoughts?!
I have spent money today but not from this budget, so not a NSD, but none to report on here

Evening budgeteers,
LC you have made that money so I would say count if you want to. It is amazing how does little amounts add up.
Antionia1 I would save it in a pot for a treat but roll it over if you want, it is up to you. I don't usually have anything else I don't usually have to make the decision:rotfl:

Housekeeping, from the days when I had a family and wanted to distinguish money for the household (food/drink/cleaning items - necessities) from my personal spends (books/CD's/DVD's/Clothing etc) Even though I am now a household of one, I still split the spending this wayNot Rachmaninov
