  • No, it does not - the article mainly refers to boots branded as "Ugg" with some sort of real fur lining. These are not, do not mention 'Ugg' on any label and I am looking at my pair now which state lining is 100% polyester! They are suede leather, made in China, like thousands of other items of clothing/boots/shoes.

    A distressing news item, I agree, but I don't think it's at all relevant to these boots.

    Thank you , I was completely unaware of this practice and I have signed the petition. I find it beyond comprehension how anyone could be that cruel.... and my boots have arrived and they are lovely - thanks op.
