Hey all, having a late catch up.
Yesterday not a NSD - had to get brows done for night out with OH - he treated me (been v.good to me this month) we went out to see a band in the next town AND I got to meet Ed Tudor Pole (Tenpole Tudor) - I suddenly reverted to being a teenager and got my ticket signed
Had one too many amber nectars so glad i had the day off today. Went out with OH to look at railway sleepers but hit a closed road and didn't take much persuading to abort mission and stop at country pub for lunch
Did pop into Mr T tonight, got one of the 8p casserole dishes, no other bargains and nearly broke into a cold sweat at paying full price for some bin bags. Thanks to an APG though total was 15p - but scuppered my NSD - oh well, looks like it will be kippers for tea tomorrow :rotfl:Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Good morning all!
Made it to #7 yesterday! Very happy with that!
I lost another 1.5lbs at the weigh-in thats now 18lbs off, which means I've lost 10% of my original weight. I feel SO much better for it, but I still have another 16lb to go, But, hey, I'm over halfway there!
No NSD today as I need some groceries but I am going to get organised and withdraw all the money I need for various things this week ( hairdo, zumba classes, train fares etc) and put it into the second purse. I havent done that for ages and I need the discipline!
Other than that I'm going to zumba this morning and then chill! Caught up with Downton yesterday - I do love a period drama!;)
Have a lovely day everyone!:)
you will always be rich enough to be generous.0 -
Hi everyone,
Just lost my 1st reply - grrr.
No new NSD to report but I should have one tomorrow or Sunday depending on which day I go gift shopping.
Spoon - Glad to hear your week is improvingI'm good thank you. Funny you should ask because my S.Dad got his date yesterday, it's 2nd Nov. We were all getting a bit twitchy because nothing had come through. He's been doing ok too, no major ups or downs so he just needs to stay that way until the 2nd.
Dad is ok, he seems more settled in the care home now. He was being quite aggresive (never infront of my brother or I) and caused a bit of damage so thankfully that has stopped. I'm not certain that he knew who we were last week though which is so sad. It's so unfair, he's only 60 and was such an intelligent man and now he can't even have a conversation. Unfortunately it's only going to get worse, but thank you for asking though. I find it hard to bring him up in conversation with friends because I can never say anything positive.
Jinty - that is so cool, well done, you must be chuffed to bits! It's very inspiring too, as thats the same amount of weight I want to lose to get to my ideal BMI.
freshair - ((((big hugs hun))))
Have a happy Friday everyone, I have no wiggly pics but I'm having a wiggle anyway

I'm sick of this month already
I've been so busy which has made me so tired which has made me eat junk which has made me spend money I shouldn't be spending  and I'm going mad that I haven't been able to keep up with what's going on on here. No NSDs to report from me but I'm hoping to pick up at least 1 this weekend so keep your fingers crossed.

:hello:
Just popping in rather late to declare Wednesday as NSD number 4, poddling along!
Had a bit of an expensive day yesterday as went off to one of our local towns with Mr Lotti as he was visiting, had lunch and an explore... they have very nice proper shops and an excellent hardware and all sorts shop, in which he bought a flat cap and some anti-tobacco candles, and I restrained myself! :A Then he came with me to work and I put a few beers on my tab for him, since he was being rather patient. And today took him to the station and had lunch with a girlfriend I haven't seen for ages, was £12.50 for a darn good meal in this noodle place, including my drink and coffee. Pleased with that... less pleased with the £4  it cost to park for about 2 1/2 hours... in the cheaper car park too! Got petrol though, 4p/l cheaper in the bigger town that is 9 miles away - I'm usually in the smaller town 4 miles away, so end up paying the higher price as it isn't worth a special trip! How can they justify it?!
So rather spendy, but mostly nice spends instead of horrid ones. Tomorrow won't be a NSD as have to pay for parking for 2nd job, a dozen eggs and pay the bar tab!“Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goals.”
