    Dropping by to say that I have managed to clock up another 2 NSDs so that makes 3 NSDs so far. The small items of expenditure (postage, car parking) that occurred today were from cash that had already been set aside for the purpose, and the day it came out of my account was the spendy day to end all spendy days!

    CW - welcome back to the asylum, glad you have time to join us after all that "stuff" you've been dealing with. We're still as barking as ever, there are just a few more of us now....

    Jinty - Ouch! to sore skin. I remember evening primrose helped my dermatitis years ago.

    Well done all NSD gang members who are clocking up the NSDs, and don't fret, those of you who haven't managed one yet, there are still 26 days to go!

    Whoops, sorry i am so late Spoon, but please can you sign me up for 10 this month, keeping it low as still have a last few bits to buy to finish the house.

    Pleased to report i have also had my first 2 yesterday & today :j

    I will catch up on the thread soon, (it's moving fast again this month!!), as soon as i get my head sorted, i'm a bit all over the place at the mo, as the empty house got burgled on Monday :mad:, not too much damage but a logistical nightmare trying to get it all sorted asap as new tenant coming for the keys at the weekend!!
    It never rains but it pours eh??

    Just dropping in for my evening roundup - and i think I am in line for the kipper award this month so far.....:o

    Firstly before my evening confessional;

    Cheryl - great to hear from you, sorry to hear things have been somewhat up and down, good news about doglet though - well the lump. I am sure he'll find his forever home soon, at the end of the day, you're trying to do what will make him happy and that's the best thing you can possibly do for him x

    Jints - sorry to hear about your skin, hope you get some meds to get it back under control. Chilli duely finished tonight - nom nom :D

    pinkpinkuk - sorry to hear lunch wasn't a raging success, choc brownies sound fab though :T

    Well I thought I was on track for a NSD today. Took an eyeliner back that I'd got yesterday as it just seemed semi-dried out, it was one of those felt tip type ones and wasn't exactly bargain basement. The lady in b**ts gave me a bit of an odd look but didn't argue about it, and luckily they'd restocked the one I had planned to get, which was cheaper, so £2.50 back :j

    Was feeling really smug with myself when I happened to be browing online and saw something I'd earmarked for OH's Xmas in the sale - last one available online too, so cursing him (only slightly ;)) I 'broke' my NSD for a bit of Xmas shopping. However, I then remembered that the vet had already fleeced me of yet more money this morning so it wasn't a NSD anyway. To top it all of I threw caution to the wind and paid my car insurance tonight - I am now v.v. poor :(
