    Because you've booked for 2 nights? £20 a night?

I do not want to alarm anyone, but this may be pertinent, esp as some of the hotels were on the list.

I know tnat Inverness was on the list, and I thihk that chester was on the klist, but they have been removed, as a result of the administraion there are some hotels that are no longer operating as a Ramada Hotel.

Hi, sorry if this is a bit dim but my booking confirmation/receipt shows the correct amount of £20 for payment but I was just looking at my online banking and they have taken £40 instead  Who do I take this up with? The hotel direcetly, Ramada in general or my bank? This has never happened to me before. Thanks :)

This has happened to me as well!

I made a booking for one night & two seperate amounts of £20 have been deducted from my bank account.

Will have to give them a call & hope they sort it out.

I emailed ramada re them taking £40 instead of £20 and got a fairly speedy reply to say the hotels manager will call me this week to sort it out....

    Any spare vouchers pls??
  • Help needed, please!! My in-laws saved the tokens from their Telegraph for us so I booked a night in December at a Ramada on the back of this, but upon seeing the in-laws today I've discovered that they posted us the tokens over a month ago and we've not received them. So they are missing and we will have to cancel and lose the £20 already paid, plus a much needed night away from our two little ones (sorry girls!). Does anyone have one spare token they'd be willing to post me, pretty, pretty please!? Happy to reimburse postage/send a stamped s.a.e. Would be really, really grateful as it's taken a bit of arranging to get a babysitter for our first night away from both our girls...

If anyone is still looking for a voucher I think I might have a couple of spares.
