Yes moomin75,
My parents were due to stay in the Bournemouth Ramada, on the 12th and 13th, a few days ago. They paid the discounted rate online before Christmas last year something like £40 for the two nights.
When they got there the other day, they wouldn't let them in without the voucher unless they forked out an extra 47.50 per night. Needless to say they feel absolutely robbed, and will be starting the complaint process.

Glad we took up this offer. Had a two night stay at the ramada in grantham end of february. Had breakfast extra for £15 for two people. Great value for £20 a night. Will look out for this deal in future.0

Sorry have I missed something, the promotion said you had to produce the vouchers when you stay and you're parents didn't! What's to complain about? T's & C's are part of the promotion if you don't adhere to them you pay the price!:beer:0
