Well I've ran into problems... Booked 3 weekend trips & all appeared ok but no email confirmations & card not debited. But also booked a trip in my boyfriend's name, using same card & that one has gone through & email confirmation has been received. Confused:(

I am having trouble locating the voucher in Saturday's edition of the Telegraph. Has anyone found it and if yes which supplement is it in?

Someone is having a laugh...every date I have put in has come up without the £20 rate...and i have changed destination and night!

I'm trying to book Gatwick, no problem for 2 adults. I have a small baby who will have his own cot.

Does any one know whether I take advantage of this offer?

It says in the T&C's of the offer that max. occupancy is 2 adults.

Am I doing something wrong or is the Docklands one fully booked for Sat 17th December? It shows in red on that table?

They seem to have loads of other weekends around it but I need somewhere near the O2 for that night!

I booked on Saturday and still no email confirmation, I think I will try and contact them today.Has everyone else got confirmation?

I made 2 bookings yesterday am 1 in my name and 1 in my husbands and im sure both confirmation came through but we had to go out so I didnt print them off like i normally would. so i have just gone to print them off and only the confirmation in my husbands name is there! So i rang reservations and they could only find his and they advised me to ring the hotel diect which I did and they could only find my husbands which is really strange. So i have just rebooked and phoned up this time but thought i would call my cc to check how many debits they had had and they hadnt had any!! so im even more worried now. Think im going to call the hotel again in a bit to double check. I had to do it in 2 bookings because we are a large family of 2 adults and 4 children.

I'm in exactly the same position. Don't really know what to do. All seems very strange. Also, I used my Visa card and the 'verified by Visa' page never appeared so I'm assuming they can't take money from my account?
