Please check your bookings. I did the same as you, but when I checked the confirmations, they had duplicated one set of the dates instead of using the 2 dates which ran on; i.e. I wanted the 10th, 11th, 12th and 13th and they just did me 2 x 10th and 11th. The 12th and 13th just disappeared.

I managed to sort it by ringing the reservations number and explaining they'd duplicted 1 reservation - they cancelled one of the duplications with no charge and I then had to go back onto the website and re-book for the follow on dates of 12th and 13th.

Don't mind the hassle though because this is such a brill find.

where did you get the confirmation? there is nothing in my email in box and I booked early this morning.

Is it me not finding them or have Ramada excluded Family rooms from the £20 telegraph offer ? Can't seem to find any. Oh well looks like the travelodge again :-)

Hi i just made a booking for next may i put in all my card details i now have email confirmation but i have just checked my debit account and they havent taken any money is this the same for everyone or have i made an error.thanks

Amazing - spent a long time on this as the best deal is London Docklands but we are already going to the Pestana in December (WOW - amazing hotel http://www.pestana.com/en/pestana-chelsea-bridge-hotel/pages/home.aspx ) and Holiday Inn - Camden Lock for the festival - so wanted somewhere else - but whilst the docklands are out of the centre its so easy to get around - had to do it what a bargain!! Train tix should be around £50 return for two wow thanks op - amazing x

im looking at london docklands on the booking page but it doesnt say anything about £20 rooms.. am i doing something wrong??

Make sure you use the link posted on first post in this thread, only choose dates in red on calender, and it should work
